Looking at this picture…I certainly wouldn’t want to be the man in the white shorts…lol

“Float like a butterfly…sting like a bee!”

That was the watch word of a man who is arguably the greatest boxer in history…and I’m only using the word ‘arguably’ to fulfil all righteousness. So that fans of the likes of Joe Louis, Oscar De La Hoya, Roberto Duran, and Sugar Ray Robinson won’t have my head.

But I’m not here to talk about boxing. I actually prefer wrestling. I’d rather watch a Cage Match between John Cena and The Rock than a bout between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather.

Still, I stand by my comment…Muhammad Ali remains not only the best boxer in history, but one of the most intelligent men I’ve ever come across (not in person though…lol). I mean, he wasn’t the tallest, biggest, or strongest athlete. He wasn’t even the best…But through sheer hard work, determination, a burning desire to succeed and be the greatest, as well as faith in himself he rose to become the greatest of all times. Let me not bore you with too much writing…

Here’s a collection of his quotes and a little slideshow I created to go with it.

If at the end of these pictures and quotes you’re not inspired…well, err…you need help! Enjoy….
